As part of the HEALing Communities Study (HCS), a brochure highlighting local resources and programs was created for each of the participating communities in collaboration with the HCS county coalition. If you or your agency would like to offer a similar brochure, an unbranded template is below.

The template can be edited to add information specific to your county. The template also provides the flexibility to modify the categories and other information that was a key focus of the HCS but may not be relevant in other cases.
